it just shakes while your driving ??? why do you think its your tie rods??

Not always... It's hit or miss.
My EJ1's tie rods are shot, but it doesn't shake. However, under hard acceleration it will change lanes on you.

One way to get an idea if they're bad is to get the car off the ground (jack or lift, whatever you have available to you) and grab your wheel/tire and push in on the right side and push in on the left side quickly (not like your turning the wheel though...just a kind of shake, if you get what I'm saying).
If there's a bit of slack in that area (which you'll be able to tell, it should be stiff as a board with basically no tolerance), then I'd definitely point the finger at the tie rod.

if you know its bad just replace it. if your just kinda guessing theres a lot of things that could cause your wheel to shake.
