Got a ticket in the mail today for my muffler, not only is it a fix it ticket but its $124 which is ridiciously over its limit, their not only charging me a large price to fix it but on top of that I still gotta pay to cut and weld. So, the lady cop told me "MODIFIED EXHAUST ARE ILLEGAL PERIOD" lol, when i had asked her whats the legal limit, so i went and searched my self, so i can be at 95dbA in California. Thats going to be taken to court as well as my dbA test paper to prove that my can is legal.

Also, I believe the CA law is that headlights have to be no lower than 18 inches from the ground, and the other measure (because some cars come stock at a lower level than that already) is that the lowest point on your car's body cannot be lower than the bottom of the lip of your wheels.
