Default Ls swap problems

after hours and hours of reading im finally done. To begin...

cops pull me over, open hood, ref time...

so here it is
I have a 99 Ls in my 95 vx. running a OBD1 p75 with stock OBD2 engine harness. everything was working fine. when cops so...

For REF reasons im converting to obd1, so i purchased a OBD1 ls manifold and im reusing my stock VX harness.(which i think using this will not pass visual but that not the issue) so..

Everything is pluged in except O2(i have not wired 02 yet), i had the TPS and MAP hooked backwards thats was the reason why it struggle to make power. so i switched the plugs and now runs ok at idle, but...when i hit the gas it bogs, looses power and dies. like is it where to loose fuel delivery. however if i let go of the gas before it competely dies it continues good at idle. all ground are connected and no leaks.

here is some more details...

using VX injectors, and repined dizzy.

i have read and read about using the VX harness and have asked many of my buddies and other tech guys that i know but they all are confused. most tell me to replace the VX injectors becasue they do not give out a much fuel. i just dont think that is the problem...any help?

did the vx came with a 1.5. you have to repin the cinnectors to the 0bd2 connectors, none of my oxygen sensors dont work and it makes my car die after i hit the gas, and why did the cops pull you over? was it a check point?

Get your O2 sensor wired in, I guarantee that's at least part of your problem. Come on man, what do you think the O2 sensor does?
