wats best rpm to lauhnch b16 w/bolt ons i heard 4000-4500rpm

Well street tires or slicks? I'm guessing since you said bolt on street tires or dr's. I would say 4800, feather the clutch until full traction, and then let her eat.

bolt on some slicks, rev it to 7500 and side step the b!tc#. seriously

just dump it. dont let it out slowly. have it pressed in, and slide your foot to the side, thus the term, side step

Im guessing since hes only got bolt ons that means he's got an oem clutch too. So when he side steps it from 7500 rpm. He's gonna need a trailer to get his car home. for the side stepping and power shifting. for learning how to drive!!!

hmm, thats funny, i did give up power shifting after i built a turbo car, but with the side stepping, i keep stock axles under a 450+whp hatch?? hmm, cut 1.6__ 60fts with cheap coilovers and AGX's. it can work, i guess maybe ive just been lucky for 3 years on the same axles

and yes it would be a bad idea if he is on a stock clutch.

if you want to econo launch it, rev it to 4300ish, and slip it out, and feather the throttle
