I think i need new axles my drivers side boot is torn but it sounds like its coming from passenger side.

The clink while turning noise, deff. sounds like a cv joint and since your boot is torn there may not be much grease left in it. Time for a new axle. Im not sure on which one to use, im sure someone has asked before. Try a search.
