i'm trying to decipher that run-on sentence.
108 octane?
when you put the p28 in the car, it throws codes? well.... what codes are you reading?
4500rpm is usually limp-mode and could be a number of reasons why. most common is due to spark/distributor.
when you say, "i just converted my car to obd 1 and now im having drama" does that mean your car has ran terrible since the obd-0 to obd-1 swap. or it only started acting up when you put the 108 octane in the car?

I'm going back out there and check again. Sorry for the run on i couldn't help it i just ran inside really quick.
car was pinging thats why i used the gas didnt think it would after me that much its 2 long pauses i remember that much and ima go check the others right now
your car shouldnt ping with the build you described. adding 108 octane isnt going to fix a problem either.
my guess would be spark/dizzy related, weak spark or bad rotor.

41 Primary oxygen sensor heater - probably cause for the pinging.
20 Electrical load detector - cause for the 4500 limp mode + pinging.
you did switch to a 4 wire o2 sensor when doing the obd-1 conversion, right?

Yup I changed it but i used the rywire harness, and the wires they wanted ran didn't match up so maybe its mixed up or something. How would i go about fixing the code 20 problem
so, instead of checking the normal maintenance items like cap/rotor, ignitor, plugs, plug wires you poured in 108? hehehe
replace the gas and the above mentioned parts and you'll probably be golden.
but i have a feeling your distributor wiring isnt up to the task of running properly for obd-1.
code20 is either bad distributor or bad distributor wiring.

Car was making the noise since it was obd 0. So i didn't think dizzy cuz i know i didn't have 2 bad ones thats why. I tried the 108 it was worth a shot but all i know is it was running fine with 91 and now its not lol.
