Default auto trans sticky

i had a question about my auto transmission is sticking in my 2002 rsx base model. it is hard to move the transmission through the gears (p,n,r,d,md) then when i get it to move it and get it moving it shots down to the md down shift position. i just want to see if this has happened to any one and if they know a solution. i think i read something like this that has happened before to some one but i cant find it or any thing in the search button. any help would be great. thanks in advance.

Try a transmission fluid flush and fill and see if you still have an issue.
