Default headlight

anybody know an eazy way to take off the glass from the head light. Tried to take off mine to repaint the inside of headlight but that glass is stuck on their.

If its glass, theres a way to use the oven to make it come off. I don't wanna search for it, use oven as a keyword.

Umm...... why are you "repainting" the inside of the headlight in the first place?

And yes, you can put it in the oven to loosen the adhesive then pull it apart.

i jus soaked mine in boilin water for about 15 min seemed safer to me then to stick it in the oven..i have bad luck with ovens lol

the reason im going to paint the inside is because u can see that the silver paint is coming off or fading, and u can see the the plastic color of the housing in some spots.

I'm not sure if you can repaint that with any old spray paint.... anybody who's done it before maybe chime in? Doesn't it have reflective properties?

REALLY???!!!how? I mean, you had the stove on while the water was boiling right? or the water was boiled already when you did?
