unplug them, peel out the boot, un clip the clip then remove the bulb. install in reverse order.
DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS ON THE BULB! IT WILL CAUSE PREMATURE FAILURE!.

just like you would unplug anything else pull. if there a tab on it push down.

If it is the drivers side, you might have to take off the bumper so you can reach the bulbs. It might actually be easier to take the bumper off to do it anyway and then pop the headlights out, its what I usaully do, and it is much easier
edit: thats what i do for my 95.. could possibly differ if you have an 03, check the manual.
