yeah, i thought alot of people would.. i dont have a camara on me right now so there is no pics sorry.
Its a direct fit cat. and the flinge from the header and the flinge from the cat. are no bigger then 1" apart. the pipin from the header is 2" and the cat piping is 2.25" the pipes go together but the flinges do not touch, so i have bigger bolts connecting the to.
i dont know if this help any or i just repeated my self.. haha
but im worryed if its going to cause any problems.

You should have the bolts with springs. This is a flexible joint. You do have the cone washer/gasket on the header?
Go to majestichonda.com and search for exhaust gaskets. It should have a diagram of the parts needed.
When I did mine, One side was easy the other I used a big pair of channel-locks to squish it together so I could start the other bolt.
