Ok, I just did a B16 swap in a 88 CRX Si. I went to start it after the swap, and it just turns over. I double checked the timming belt and its fine...
I checked the fuel pump wires with the key on with a test light because I dont have a voltmeter, and theres no power. I checked the fuses and all seem to be good. So I replaced the main relay and still no power at the fuel pump wires with the test light. I also replaced the fuel filter, and after trying to start it, its still empy. So its not getting fuel.
It has a full tank of gas, and before I replace the fuel pump I want to make sure im not missing anything else. The engine ran perfect a month ago when I pulled it from my old crx.
What else should I look for under the dash for the fuel pump? Any help would be great.... Thanks Alex

Its got spark... The fuel filter is empty... Theres no power at the three wires under the storage compartment in the back... Main relay is brand new...
Fuel isn't getting to the engine. Before I replace the fuel pump, Im wondering why there is no power at the plug for the fuel pump by the sending unit.

Fixed!!!!!!! Im not afraid to admit it, but when I installed the harness on the engine, I forgot to put the ground on the thermostat housing. I hooked it up, relay clicked, fuel pump cycled, and she fired up! Big weight off my shoulders! Now gotta finish the rest and convert it to obd-1.
