haha.

Just by a sheet metal or if you have a junk fender cut squares out make sure u grind them to bare metal! then take of the door panel off and use panel adhesive 3m makes it as well as fusor and other brands then attatch the metal over the holes from the inside. Bodyshops use it all the time! No welding involved so less corrosion and i thinks its easier! then grind down the outside of the door fill with a little filler -prime-paint!! GL

Thanks for the back up on that method!!!
Also if you have a dent puller/stud gun use that to attach a stud to hold up the little squares while the panel bond dries otherwise goodluck washing that panel bond off your hands!!

I prefer welding it over panel bond. Could be a good idea to spray some zinc weld-thru primer on your small metal tabs as you will have a bit of bare metal overlap once they're welded on.

If you can reach them, I would apply some rust proofing paint such as por-15 on the inside on the welds(inside the door). I shaved some moldings on an eg some time ago, and they began to rust from the inside out.
Another reason why i dont weld the ones i fill they just seem to rust so fast but even if you did the panel bond method i would say put some undercoat over the area on the inside!!!!
My body guy said that welding them in increases the chances of developing waves in the door, especially on the thin honda metal. He used fusor metal bond and small metal squares for the rear quarter panel.
The best method for the doors? Do what I did, buy ITR doors! You'll probably end out ahead with how many hours will go into shaving them.
