I am loosing hope for my 91 civic hatch with a b16 obd0. Please help I do not want to take it to the shop and pay out the *** to get it fixed. Here is what I know so far the ecu seems to not be getting any power. Check engine light is on but no flashing, no blown fuses. No fuel or spark, and the main relay is good it was tested to what the Haynes manual said to do. The motor just cranks battery is fully charged. Any one know what wire on the ecu is power maybe some how try to jump it to see if that works? IDK what to do I'm stumped

No the light on the ecu is not flashing at all!
