hello, i recently just finished a new b16a w/ 11.7c/r and skunk2 stg. 1 cams(running obd0). My problem is the motors idle wont drop past 1700rpms when its at operating temp. I blocked the fitv off with a plate,paper gasket, and honda bond. My lap top displays 19inches of vacuum(BRE).The throttle cable is loose,the throttle stop screw is positioned and the idle adjustment screw is completely screwed in.the dizzy is at full retard and the iacv heats up.its an itr manifold with hondata im gasket and a 64mm tb.Im confused.

 

Check for vacuum leaks.
Check your target idle in BRE.

Loosen your throttle cable more. From the pic, it looks a bit tight.

 

i notice on the right side of the manifold where u have that white vaccum cap at. its suppost to go to the fuel pressure regulator try that and see how it goes
