90 accord ex is still overheating

90 accord ex is still overheating
new water pump new thermostat fans kick on when they should both hoses are the same temp. bled the system. the motor only has 101,000 miles on it im completly stumped on what it could be and suggestions in need the car to get back to school next monday

radiator might be clogged. also this time of year make sure you got 50/50 antifreeze and water, especially up there. freezing will make wierd stuff happen.

Also your engine coolant temperature sensor (ECT) could be sending false signals to your gauge. Or your gauge itself could be going south.
Try runing these tests.
