I not really a fan of it. Its all right in a small hatch or crx imo. Not something thats going to pound in a trunk or a big car. It does better in cabin.

im just trying to find something that'll sound good and not having to have to buy an amp and sub and box and a bunch of other stuff, i also looked at the amplified bazooka tubes too, any idea if thats a good choice?

As long as all you are looking for is something to "reinforce" the bottom end, [sub bass] either the Basslink or the Bazooka Tube will do the job.
I prefer the Bazooka Tube, I did one of these... http://www.sasbazooka.com/prod...d=375
in the Bazooka reps G/Fs 07 Civic, [stock system], it worked very well.

What is the MM&Y of car you want to put this into? 94

ive always been happy with infinity products. just realize that this is really an entry level product. its not gonna thump super loud; more will just fill out low end. another place to look for some pretty cheap decent products is partsexpress.com. ive used them a lot with good service. its one of the few places that regualrly stocks blaupunkt stuff, which im a real big fan of.

The Basslink II's sound good in a audio quality setup, but if you listen to alot of rap of bass heavy music, then your gonna want something with a little punch to it.
Check out crutchfield.com they have the basslink on sale for $249, and it includes the 35x4 amp that adds on to the basslink II for free...

Check out Alpine's enclosed powered subs for something with more of a punch that has an excellent sound, only drawback being Alpine's line starts at $599 I believe.

Probably a little better bass, passive radiators will utilize the subs back wave, it's still a 250W sub system but with the "extra" cone area, it will move more air. 94
