2000 teg surging and CEL on. Stops when I uplug and replug TPS and IAC motor wires...??

2000 teg surging and CEL on. Stops when I uplug and replug TPS and IAC motor wires...??
Does this mean it's obviously caused by one of the two? When I check the OBD2 code it says idle circiut. ???
EDIT AGAIN: Ok it's a PO 505 error code which is IAC system fault.
also, In my thread title, what I meant to say was I unplug and replug the TPS and MAP sensors and it stops.
