Will they? Also whats a good header to get more power across the powerband? These may be stupid questions....
But i did try to search for the cams question.

They will make a difference, how notable im not sure. If your going to spend on some gsr's, may be worth to save a little extra if needed and get some itr/ctr cams. As for the header im sure others will help, but look around also.

Im just curious as to what gains i will see and in what areas of the powerband. Im looking for a good mod to do to the motor. It already has aftermarket pistons and next i was thinking cams. So if anybody has put gsr/itr/ctr cams in their B16a2 what kind of gains did you see? thanks
the gain from gsr cams would be very minimal, you probably wouldnt even feel a difference, i think i saw a dyno sheet awhile back and they only gained 2whp over stock. save up for some ctr/itr or some skunk2s IMO

ITR or CTR cams would be a nice upgrade to the USDM B16, but I would be sure to upgrade your valvetrain if planning on reving over 8k. This can be looked at as a con for your wallet but a pro in the long term. With stock valvetrain and Type R cams, you have a high chance of dropping or floating valves in the upper RPMs. Hopes this helps some!

Do a search and you'll eventually come across "Lightning Plugs" these are way better than cams or headers of any kind. These spark plugs set off a fvcking lightning bolt in your combustion camber and it will look like a freakin' thunderstorm comin' out of your tailpipe. A simple plug change that adds 125whp. JK
