aftermarket slave cylinder good or bad
well my slave blew on me last night on the highway, i had to tow the car after two hours of trying to fix it and replace it with a extra slave i had from a 95 civic that was crazy rusted, i towed it because it was so dam cold and i had to go to work, so i towed it to my mechanic, which i haven't seen in a long time since i been doing all the work my self, but he replaced the slave with a aftermarket one made in Italy and i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with aftermarket ones, if they are bad i will just go to honda and pick one up when i get a chance, or should i just leave the wagner one on for now, this is a stupid thread, but i would just like some advice that all sorry for the bother thanks guys
I had an old land cruiser for a while and went with aftermarket master & slave cylinders. They lasted about 40k miles and were fine when I sold the truck.
I'm sure it'll be robust enough to last about as long as a Honda one... unless it's from walmart or something haha.

I've installed brand new aftermarket master and slave cyliners before and I found both of them leaking a year later, stick with OEM. I wouldn't replace them right off the bat, but keep an eye out for them
