JDM PR3 ECU not starting up my car??
I just got a obd1 JDM PR3 computer and when I put it in car...doesn't want to start?? When I turn the key in ON mode, the CEL stays on and I don't hear the fuel pump turning on. Anyone know's what can be wrong with the ecu? I opened it and the thing looks MINT. Please let me know..thanks
