hello!
okay where to begin...
I have a 1993 Honda Del Sol SOHC VTEC i have two problems

1) i found and oil on the tranny (all over the "d16" inscription) I checked my head it looked fine where is the leak coming from?
2) while driving the day before yesterday the transmission went out! I was in 3rd i believe (i have an automatic) and all of the sudden the car revved like if it was in neutral and i was in gear. so i turned it out and turned it back on and it drove fine for about 8 seconds and then it went out again. WHAT COULD THAT BE? i cant drive anywhere!

 

For the oil part check your Dissy O-Ring. Look at the sensors under the dissy and see if there covered in oil or not. Also Pictures would help

as for the transmission IDK cause I have never messed with one sry only thing i can say is check your tranny fluid and or filter

 

thanks i looked at my fluid it seems fine but 2mm ima have to check the filter
btw "dizzy"? sorry to ask but as you can see im new.

 

Distributor the thing the wires go to with the black cap on the end of it

 

lol yea i know the distributer i just never heard the term "dizzy" before.
