I've checked alot of places and i have not been able to find a spring that does not lower my 91 si but still retains the 20 or so percent stiffness over stock.
Any help?

you could try stock springs meant for a heavier car. like the springs on an integra.

I'd contact Eibach and see what they can do. Also cutting springs is really not the way to go. I would stay away from this. I have done this before way back in the day. Absolutely terrible to do.
