vafc + safc question?? asap

Default vafc + safc question?? asap

A friend of mine is going to be buying a safc of some guy And he wants to make sure it work before he gives this guy the money.

Can I plug the safc into my Vafc harness to make sure it works with out it hurting my ecu or car??

If the connectors are the same i would imagine you could, i dont think it will mess your motor up unless you have major things done and are tuned. You could just put the pos and neg of that safc on a 12v source and if it comes on then its functions should work.

Well im not going to start the car im just going to plug it in and turn the ign on. Just want to see if everything come on and if it reads 0.. Thats all.

just worried if the pin out it the same for both.. I know the connectors fit, just dont know if the wiring is the same

you might could search for the pinouts and compare that way to see, they may be on apexi's site, i know the instr. manual are. If that fails tho, just hook it to a 12v source.
