Default Vafc and Vafc2 questions......

Well, my car got broken into and the dumbfucks decided they wanted to steal my Vafc which makes my car unable to drive. BTW im running "the hack" please no lectures. It works for me.

The retards cut the wire about 3-5 inches from the control box.

My question is, the black plug that is in the middle between the Vafc box and the end of the wires is interchangeable. I already have my Vafc 1 wired up and ready to go. Will I be able to just unplug the cut harness and plug in the harness that comes with the V-AFC 2.

The reason im asking is because the new AFC has alot more features. I wont be able to utilize them. Which is why im asking if there interchangeable.

I tried looking at manuals on on Apexi's site but to no avail and I went through alot of the AFC threads on here...couldnt really find anything!?

any help is greatly apreciated, and I need to get this stupid car running..

Jon

I don't think the plugs are interchangable. However the basic wiring is the same between the two units... You need to MAP interrupt wires, the tach signal, TPS signal, power and both grounds just like with the VAFC2.
