PICTURE REQUEST... WHERE YOU MOUNTED YOUR MSD 6 control boxes!??

I Have a 1998 EK9 I need to decide where to fit the MSD 6A box.

Its tight on space in the bay so I was considering using the firewall under the plastic wiper-moto cover. So it'd be very stealth and neat... but Im worried about rainwater/carwashing affecting it???/

Any pictures and suggestions please guys. I have to finish this car by thursday in order to get it tuned on-time.

 

I had mine on my firewall on the inside, almost right next to the ECU.

I put mines there also, because I didnt want mines to get wet an dirty. The only time you will hear the buzzing sound is if you have no radio, or sitting at a red light were there is no cars around. Or maybe you want to spend some lonely time at a deserted area with your car idleing.

very old and dirty pic, with way to many wires. its all getting tucked and hidden now. my pass. side airbag is gone so i think im gonna mount the box on the metal brace that it used to rest on inside the dash. but yes it does make a noise, i could hear mine inside the car from under the hood.
