loss in low end torque...its loud...the resonator is a good thing to keep if you dont like raspy bumblebee trapped in a coffee can exhaust....

straight pipe isnt gonna give a deep sound.. its loud and raspy.. deep tone = good sounding muffler with resonators and cat. u will prob notice a loss of low end power like he said if u do the straight pipe unless u are turbo

I ran open header once, it was sooooo loud little kids were running for cover as I was cruising at 2000rpms. That was enough to know I shouldn't floor it so no butt-dynos on my end LOL

Pros - gain peak HP,cheap,if you have a turbo it spools faster.

cons - loud as hell, smelly, gets very irritating, illegal, neighbors slowly start hating you, cops slowly start hating you, everybody starts hating you.

If you want a deep sound you need a long resonator and a chambered muffler, dyno max super turbo with an 18" resonator does the job.
