Default speedometer needle randomly gliding up. not revving up though

is it bad if my speedometer needle just randomly glides up about 2 0 miles an hour .
it goes up and back down to normal speed real quick as if you were revving your rpms.
i just dont want problems with my car and wondered if anyone knew what could be the problem

it never happend since ive had the car for 2 months. it just happend today once then i stopped and it did it real quick again.

the speedometer works perfect but every once in a while it happend today

i did get a new cluster cuz i wanted a tach...but i wanted to keep my milage legit so i swapped the speedometer into the new cluster.
everything was perfect till now. it doesnt bother me much but i dont want it to lead to happening all the time or causing it not to work at all.
thanks

it doesnt rev up though like the needle goes up but my engine isnt gaining speed or hitting the gas or ne thing.

thanks in advanced
