The highbeam section is aimed high and completely useless for anything where a foglight would be needed, also because of the high beam's positioning it would blind any oncoming drivers.

I think its stupid. Thats what i think.

it wouldnt be that bright , if your fogs blind people wtf is the point of having them ..they are the same height as the da's so wtf would be the difference ..... plus there for when your in the FOG not driving around town blinding people! ........ the only real problem id have would be getting a bulb to fit the low beam side because its so small ...

what about just using the high beam bulb for the fog light, then figure out how to point it down.
sounds interesting

naw itll be too bright still , you have to have a fog light bulb in there ... ive been looking at the junkyards for the prelude fog light bulb covers , but seems like all of them are broken and cracked .. ill find some eventually ... i just dont know what bulb will fit in the low beam side that has the three prongs( low/high beam bulbs) like the h4's ... im going to prblem go to kragen or somewere and look at all the different bulbs up close

Theyre the same hieght as the DA's but the actual Highbeam section of the headlight directs the light upwards and into the eyes of oncoming drivers. Thats why you have to dim your highbeams when other cars come.. Unless you plan on dimming your foglights. Its not really about how bright they are, but how theyre directed.

I don't think the lense is long enough like a DA to have good visual appeal. I have seen some people put lamin-x or transparent yellow on the highbeam side and it doensn't look right IMO....kinda like the one above...looks kinda ricey. But, to each their own

If you do end up doing it...please direct the light downward somehow.

the film stuff sucks i have to agree but if you use the stained glass paint it looks good (how mine is now ) but for this ill be removing the yellow and using the prelude yellow bulb covers it looks WAY better then paint or a film ..... it looks like it came that way .... it looks EXACTLY like the da fogs .... ill get picks up soon i just can find those damn covers .... and again these wont be very bright at all ... they will almost be like a running light like the mustangs have . but in the fog it will help a little bit , in my area there is a ton of fog. using normal fogs sucks because you have to cut your bumper ... im going to be using a FMIC so thats just one more thing i have to clear ... if i can just do this itll cover all my problems
