Default how do i replace a 1.625" bore x 2" stroke clutch master cylinder?

i have a 63 gmc and i added power brakes and now i need to make a new master cylinder for the clucth. this thing has a huge piston and lot longer stroke that the average car. i looked through jegs and summit and nothing comes close

is there a easy way to use twin cylinders to do the same fluid displacement? nay help is appreciated.

oh yea also one other problem i have is i need a longer pitman arm to turn the wheels farther. any ideas on that?
