Default Jdm p2t vs Usdm p2t ect

i was told my ecu is a jdm p2t but i really dont know. whats the difference between the two? rev limiter ect. Any way i can tell if its a jdm p2t? its a obd2b this is what it says on ecu
37820-p2t-a11
Z4 1170-101366
=PT=

You know I asked this same question about a month ago. Using a parts look up page i found that the US EM1 has the same part # as you do and as i do. So I don't think it is cuz when i went to the smog ref. the first time with my 98 ecu he pluged into the obd2 reader and was like "whoa" and some &^*^ like you failed! And i new it was JDM. With this new one everything works.
