wont last too long with that CTR pulley on there.. Also would have gone with the Edelbrock manifold because you know that B16 is going to be Revving HIgh in the RPMS. But your money your car.. Good Luck

i wouldn't let that get to you man... some people have had problems with there motors and blamed the ctr pulley saying it throws off the balance...but some people have been running it for years and years with no problems... as far as your manifold i think its fine especially if you already have it, not everyone has that magic money that just appears.....

truth, that N1 pulley will destroy oil pumps with ease.

Damn, nice.

I also don't believe in those n1 pullies even though i've heard of all motor guys running them with no problems. I just picked up a built turbo b17 that had one of those on there, shattered the oil pump gears into a bunch of pieces. Motor ran beautiful before it was installed. It seems that some motors are more balanced then others and can live a long time with it while others will blow out the oil pump in no time. Not a risk i'm willing to take that's for sure.

They break oil pumps with ease and thats been proven. I've personally seen it happen 3 times before.

i spy a racer x motorsports sticker and you have already gotten the beating for the n1 pulley.

thats the same setup i made 520 with. that actually looks kinda like my old engine he hee. 84mm dartons, crower,je. no girdle though.

good luck. id like to see a stock pulley at least or a fluidampr.

As stated, they can crack oil pump gears due to the harmonics inate in the inline-4 design. The crank gives basicly wobbles up/down on the two ends, and its the job of the harmonic dampener (integrated into the Honda crank pulley) to try eliminating it. The CTR pulley has no dampening capibilities. The pump gear is a rather fragile steel. Its very hard, and that means brittleness comes with it. Vibrate it good enough (9k rpm from a b16) and it will shatter.

Other than that, the setup looks pimp. I'd have put an extra bill or three for a B18b/c block and done 81-83mm, but to each his own.
