I am at my dealership now and seen the new mugen civic sitting in the show case here. So i was talking to the sales dept. guy and asking him if they were releasing parts individually. He started looking up prices for me, and stated for the rims i asked on were roughly not exact priced but per rim 770, center caps are seperate at 40 i think he said and then the lug nuts. So basically he broke it down to about $902 a rim w/o tire. A lil too much for my blood but nice. So i believe at my dealership they are selling the parts, here.

 

To add on talk to the sales rep again on some parts are sold individually, didn't go into detail bout which parts thou.

 

$3600 for some wheels w/o tires??? Damn you could by some nice wheels & tires plus still have some money left over for other upgrades to your ride. Mugen = overated IMO

collegehillshonda.com has the set of mugen wheels from the si for ~$1800

the parts from the mugen si are "supposed" to be protected, as in you can't order them without a VIN from a mugen si. try ordering something and let us know if it really works.

I've got Mugen parts but I work for Honda and they must be ordered special.

Also this has been covered about 100x already people.

 

Why am I not surprised.

 

You can buy some things from King Motorsports

 

IMO i think the parts are overpriced

and to the op i thought it was an 08 mugen si not an 07

really so employees can order mugen parts? ive read threads other honda employees made about not being able to order parts even tho they work there..if thats possible them imma order me a shift **** when i go to work 2morrow

 

This has been said 1 billion times already!!! Only the rims can be ordered. You can go to Kings and order Mugen replicas for your car.

I have a "Mugen Si" emblem sitting at my desk at work that I ordered myself. Get your facts straight, you can order anything off the car but you must order them a special way through Honda. I've said this many times before but to some of you english is a second language.

 

So even though King offers the parts for sale you still have to order them a special way through Honda? I am getting a Mugen wing for my 08 Si from King and not from Honda which should bypass the OEM part difficulties.

You're putting a Mugen Si wing on an Si coupe? . That should be interesting to see.

Oh.....hah.....my mistake. Had a long night and I just woke up.

Whenever someone just says 08 Si I automatically think Coupe unless they put the "Sedan" part in it.
