CEL code 14 and others..
The car idles weirdly. It goes up and down and feels like it will bog out at a stop light.
A friend of mine ran a diagnostic on the car and came back with the infamous iacv and misfire in cylinder 4.
Background on the car: 99 civic cx stock d16y7.
Do you guys think the two are related? If so, would changing the rotor, cap, plugs and wires help?
