Default Check Engine Light help!!! plz

i was just driving and my cel just popped on. i'm running a test pipe (invidia 70mm) it has the 02 fix in it and i've ran it for a couple of weeks without the cel, but what makes me think its not that is, after my car has been sitting all night the cel comes on when i turn the key before the car is even started??? help please

so u pulled the code and its the O2?
have you checked the wires? sometimes when installing them the wires hang and could have frayed a bit causing bad signals to the ECU

mine came on after changing my clutch. turns out i started my car with the 02 not plugged in all the way. pulled the 7.5 fuse under the dash for 5 mins plugged it back in restarted the car and it went away. of course i had to let the ecu learn itself again..or you can just take it to advanceauto and let them check out the code for you there should be no fee. dont take it to autozone they'll just end up trying to sell you sumthing you dont need.
