wat up....what cams would u suggest for my setup on my GSR...so far i have
96 gsr
AEM CAI, DC 4-1 header, skunk2 manifold, FPR, itr cams, AEM sprockets, Apex N1 catback, cluchmasters stage 2 clutch and jun lightweight flywheel, JE 10:1 pistons, eagle rods, crower titanium springs and retainers, 150 Shot direct port NX KIT, knife edged crank and everythin balanced and blueprinted

what cams would u guyz recommend?..i was thinkin of going wit the crower 403 or JUN stage 3, but i also need cams that will work god with turbo cause im gonna turbo my motor next year and by then i will be running the AEM engine management or DFI...thanks guyz i appreciate your input...

Well, you need to choose whether you want N/A cams or turbo cams. If you are going tubo I would just save for the turbo and get that now instead of cams.

 

keep your current cams if your gonna go turbo.

 

if your going turbo stay with your current cams

if you boost your compression (pistons) and take off the nitrous kit then you can go all motor and go with the JunIII cams.

if you take off the nitrous kit (see the trend?) and put a turbo on there then keep your stock cams.

oh, and if you go NA go ahead and get a little nicer header (Hytech, SMSP, etc.), with 2.5" cat (CarSound).

***and have your exhaust re-done no matter what. there's mad bottlenecks in it.

i appreciate your suggestions guyz but im definitly going turbo next year and im keeping the nitrous but bringing it down to a 55 or 75 shot....and my boy is parting out his motor and he has a sleeved block so im gettin that for dirt cheap.... so u guyz are saying i should jus stick with my current cams...but i heard crower makes a set of turbo cams....do they?....who else makes turbo cams?..thanks
