help!! striped bolt on head that holds on manifold

i striped one of the bolts on the head that hold on the turbo manifold. what the hell am i supose to do now. is there any way of fixing this without taking the head off the car ??

For something like that, a helicoil will solve the problem. Timeserts are good but tend to be really expensive depending on the dealer. A helicoil kit for a M-8(bolt size) should be around $30-$45 for the entire kit(helicoils and tap).
Helicoil has worked well for me for that; I've stripped out many of those. Any more I install studs in the head, keeps me from stripping the threads out so much.

i had 2 that stripped on me and I just drilled out what was left of the threads and tapped with a larger size (I cant remember the size I used but I found it at the local auto parts store so i now have 2 standard size studs and the rest metric
but it worked.
Its an aggravating project but take your time or have someone who knows how to do it help. Good luck!
oh and I did all of this without taking anything out of the car other than the exhaust manifold/turbo/downpipe.
