Default a few gsr turbo build questions

hey, i've been working on a 94 hatch for almost 2 years on and off now, and it's time to start buying parts for the motor. i have a few questions about engine management systems and some components. i do as much research as possible without having to ask easily answered questions, but i just need to make some ends meet before i order things.
a list of the important mods:

stock p72 ECU
83mm bore JE pistons 9:1 CR
Darton MID Sleeves 81mm-85mm MAX
knifed/balanced gsr crank and ACL bearings
Fluidampr crank pulley
JG Edelbrock Intake Manifold
Skunk2 70mm Throttle Body
PeakBoost FTW BSeries Kit T3/TO4e turbo (60trim .82 a/r)
P&P head

i'm no richer than the next guy, but since i have a lot of patience i can wait and spend the extra dollar for parts on a quality build. what rods will support ~450-515hp on a street tune? suggestions on a complete skunk2 valvetrain. will 880cc injectors do the job with an in-tank walbro pump and AEM FPR? i want to run AEM EMS - do i need a 3.5 bar MAP (PSIA), UEGO wideband A/F gauge, and Electronic Boost Controller? or is this included in the AEM EMS package? any help to educate me on ECUs would be greatly appreciated, t.i.a.

that and a bunch of other crap i got for the exterior, so im all set in that department.

i just need some info on fuel, EMS, and a skunk2 valvetrain (springs/retainers/cams/valves) that would be best for this street set up. any feedback would be hella appreciated. BUMP.

Eagle rods will work fine for you.
880s will also work, but for the small price diff, you could go with 1000s as well.
The AEM has the boost settings in it already as well if I remember correctly.

does using an adjustable FPR make injector size less important? i've seen some ppl go with larger injectors on an unregulated system and compare it to a similar set up with smaller injectors and an FPR . does injector size comprimise idle or fuel economy? or is this based more on the a/f ratio tune?

Its based upon the BFSC of the injector duty cycle. people go a bit larger than needed in case their goals change and injector duty cycle. 880ccs seems to be more than enough in your case, but anything over 1000ccs, and you may have to make sure that the management you use can idle and utilize the injectors effectively. the more power you make, the less the fuel economy, its all in the tune and the weight of your foot.

skunk2 cams... pro-series stage 1-3, or turbo stage 1-2.
any experiences with these cams at all? or suggested cams for this set up?

if i was u id prolly just go stage 2 since i believe those are street/ track cams but u'll have to get valve springs and retainers too. i was gonna go crower stage 2 but i dont feel like spending 600 more on cams and springs and retainers since i have a non vtec b18b1 that im turboing cams really have no need for my motor

you dont need aem ems for that power goal and you need to get 1000cc injectors and 3bar or 3.5bar map sensor
