Default New to F/I, couple of questions

I'm planning on building a GSR motor for turbo, but I don't really know anything about different turbo sizes/brands... I know that I want something that isn't too huge and spools somewhat quickly, don't want a giant turbo with huge lag.

My goal is about 400 WHP on pump gas, does this seem realistic?

My motor build was going to be somewhat expensive, here's what I have in mind so far:

DNR Port and Polished head (already picking one up from a friend)
Aftermarket valves, retainers, springs, cams+gears (havent decided on the brand)
Aftermarket bearings, rods, micropolished GSR crank, 9:1 pistons

and of course upgrading the IM, Exhaust and clutch, injectors (will I need upgraded fuel pump too?)

I have several questions though..
Would it be worth it to get the block sleeved, or will stock sleeves be enough for my goals?
What size/brand turbo would be good for my goals (quick spooling, 400 whp)?
What brands would you guys recommend for the parts above? I've heard that Skunk2 is pretty good when it comes to valvetrain ****, and I keep hearing Eagle pop up when it comes to rods/pistons, is it all the same **** or does the brand make a huge difference?
Should I bother going with Turbo cams, or should I just stick with GSR cams?

And finally, is there anything I'm missing?

ok do a little searching an narrow your questions im not tring to be mean but you learn more when you look for yourself.

you can keep your stock sleeves but upgraded ones from benson are $975 and well worth the money

theres to many turbos that fit your need be more specific please

get stock ITR intake cams and CTR exhaust cams valves and all that **** is personal choice

pistons- Arias, JE, weisco, or CP, or ENDYNE, all work great
rods- carrillo, puater, manley, custom scat's

intake manifolds- FULL RACE, edelbrock victor-x or JG, blox, golden eagle, venom,
