Default Radio and clock keep reseting???

Got a weird problem here. Everytime I turn the car off, then then turn the car back on my radio and clock reset back to default. Any ideas? Radio harness is fine, cuz when I had it in my other civic it never did this...

You have a blown backup fuse under the hood.

"Backup", "Radio", etc...

It's going to be the one that's blown when you check all of the fuses with a multimeter.

It's a 7.5A fuse.

Well when I blew my fuse under the hood it didn't turn my radio on at all. You might want to check your ground wire it could be loose, or check your power wires I know that my buddy had a problem like this and his constant 12V and switched 12V wires were wired backwards and when I fixed it he no longer had the problem.

On the stock HU, and some low powered aftermarket HUs the constant power is for memory only, so the HU will work but will not hold memory when turned off.

Most aftermarket HUs use the constant power as the HUs main power and the HUs acc. input is just a "trigger", just like an amp, the main power is constant and the turn on is the switched lead from the HU. 94
