Sorry for the dumb question. I got this turbo but I don't know what the numbers or letter's mean.

It's a t3/t4 turbo
.63 A/R Turbine
.50 A/R Compressor

I really want to know what the .63 and the .50 mean. Also I'm putting this on a stock d16y8 would it be to big? I was told that I should go smaller. Where can I go to read up on my turbo info so I don't have to ask anymore stupid questions. Once again I'm sorry.
