Default cams or intake manifold- which is a better upgrade???

my current motor is an 84mm lsvtec using gsr cams and a blox intake manifold. i made 415 on 17 psi (t3 60-1).

im making some changes this winter and wondering what a better upgrade would be. was thinking about either a victor x im or perhaps some itr/ stage 2 skunk or blox cams. what do you guys think? im mainly looking for a little more midrange/ higher rpm torque. maybe make similar power but on less boost.

A set of cams and adj cam gears is going to cost more than a Victor X, but you'll pick up more power going that route. Skunk 2 Pro 1's have become rather popular lately....they'd be my choice unless you can find a set of 00-01 ITR cams for a decent price

x 2. If you have the entire winter to upgrade it and your car seems to be running pretty good, Id save up and get the skunk2 pro1's, cam gears and the edelbrock victorx. Maybe even the tb.

I'd get one of three cams.

1. Skunk2 Pro 1's
2. Blox B's
3. 00-01 ITR

can i run these cams with the itr springs and omni retainers? probably up to around 8700-9000 rpms
