What brands have good short shifters, and which ones should I not buy?

I would recommend getting the Skunk2 Short Shifter. Very Durable, and it is not the most expensive one. I got mine for $112 including shipping from http://www.jdmhondaparts.com Love the shifting with it, and it's a little shorter than stock GSR so it works great!

 

i got a B&M short shifter, for $50 its a great deal( http://www.optauto.com ), only draw back is that it rattles sometimes, but iv noticed that it only rattles when u r deaccelerating on certain roads at certain speeds and in a certain gear. for the price it cant be beat

 

I actually got an OBX short shifter, just to try out. It was only $27 plus shipping, so I figured what the hell?. Anyway, I've had no problems, even though almost all short shifters are known to wreck havoc on your tranny. The short shifter actually corrected a problem I was having with the shifter getting stuck going into 1st and 3rd. It's been in for almost a year, with no problems. It's a very stiff shifter, however, which most people don't like, but I happen to like it.
