id say no higher than 8
Well i ran 10 for 8 months with stock internals with no prob but wanted more so i built a motor and swapped it in. But yea for the average Joe 8 is good.

that's pretty good though, if I turbo'd my car Id keep it at 6 for daily driving, I got high miles for a 98...

Bigger Injectors, 3 in. exhaust, Standalone computer, Upgrade to a Tial Wastegate for safety. And get it dyno'd
