Is there anywhere unusual for the water to go that would cause it? I think it may be ground issues, might try wiggling them around and checking them.

could be your starter or main relay. hot wire the starter to see if it clicks every time

if u hot wire it and it does not turn over.then it is a bad starter. it happened to me once. i got a good one from junk yard for $20.

I meant around the connection of the power on the starter, and could be grounding it out. But i think you should try what crazyguy said to get a good start on it.

I think its pretty much just running a wire from the batt. to the positve on starter, but not sure. Anyone clarify?
