Default 99 civic ex

i have a d16y7 in my ex car.. i duno why i bought it like that.. but it hesitates under 3k.. its throwing a o2 sensor code and a intake air temp. sensor code.. does anybody have any ideas? and it hopes sum times its wieerd

You pretty much answered your own question. It is most likely hesitating because of a faulty O2 sensor and a bad AIT sensor isn't helping either. The Check Engine Light is telling you this. Bring it to a shop or fix it yourself if you know how.

could that make the car also idle really low? and when im goin down the road and stop at a stop sign or sumthing it will cut off

The check engine light is a light that comes on when you should check your engine because there is a problem. If you have a check engine light and your car is running wierd...do I have finish this sentence?

i understand that.. could a o2 sensor and iat sensor have to do with that... thats what im asking like what could it make the car do
