Heater / AC Compressor noise -- 07 Accord SE

07 accord SE...

When I turn on heater / AC, i here a sort of grinding sound...

Can anyone advise?

I have yet to bring to dealer to find out WTF is up with it.

Could be a blown compressor.

need more info, is it coming from inside the car under the hood?

Yes from under the hood, and it only really happens when it is on when the car is turned on already.
