hmmm.... i say boost but not until after u get another DD.

 

An ACT or Exedy clutch and then drop that mill into a EH2.

 

Sell the AEM fuel rail, get a better header, a high-flow cat, and an exhaust, and perhaps a 2-layer headgasket.

For the transmission, I'd also pick up an LSD.

If you don't mind touching the bottom end, I'd go with more compression or more compression/displacement (depending upon your budget).
