what size wastegate should I be looking at?
what size BOV should I be looking at?

And what make is a good option?

And what size intercooler piping?

It depends on a lot...what manifold are you running? If you're just running an undivided manifold, a 44mm wastegate should be fine. As for the bov, a tial 50mm would be my choice. I'm not sure on the intercooler piping...you could do 2.5" on the hotside and 3" on the cold
