both of those bov's are top notch. i dont think you will have a problem with either. personally, i run a tial. my friend runs the hks.

Im not sure what the size of the HKS unit is, but I think the tial is going to flow more, which isn't always good either. I believe the HKS is the "cooler" sounding bov (if thats what your into) but I believe your going to find the tial for cheaper. You decide

the HKS SSQV will still flow sufficient enough air at 20psi, anything over that is probably going to push it and you would need either another one or get a tial...
but the ssqv at 20psi will still be loud as **** and sound great IMO
you cant go wrong with either, just get which ever is cheapest
