look at the HEADLIGHTS... they are 96-98 headlights... Look at the BUMPER... its a 99-00.
the OP was wondering how the owner of the car was able to make it look flush. I believe that the 99-00 bumper dont line up with the 96-98 headlights like that, its not a straight bolt on.
Must be custom.

i've seen it in person imo i think if you get a 99 bumper and bend the tabs on your 96 it should go in no prob but idk i took mine off and put a 99 front
I believe they are 2 bumpers put together. They are 96-98 top and 99-00 bottom. Cut the top of 96-98 and mold it with 99-00 bottom. I think you can actually buy them but I dont know if they are available in the US.

Since it seems some of you need to learn that there are more differences between the '96-'98 front bumpers and the '99-'00 front bumpers, I made these to help you learn. The only differences ARE NOT the lower grilles and the fake brake ducts.
Tell me what year each of these fronts belong to. Then tell me why you came to that conclusion. Look at the differences in the tops of the bumpers.

Now can you understand why a '99-'00 front bumper won't fit on a '96-'98 front even if you cut the bumper?

Look at the shape of the part going around the headlight. Also, look at the part between the headlights and grille. It's bigger on the '96-'98. So trimming a '99-'00 is not an option there.

Like I said in the other thread where I posted these pics, at least some of these bumpers are aftermarket. Some might be custom, but some are aftermarket. I don't know who makes them. I'm honestly surprised they're not made by more companies though since so many people want those damn foglights.
